The Texas
Residential Construction Commission was established in efforts to not
only promote the housing industry; but also promote professionalism
within the industry. Quality workmanship and products, reliable
craftsmanship, and a desire to provide safe, sound, sanitary homes in
Texas have driven this trade association ahead for over 40 years.
Builder membership
in the TRCC means that a local builder has met several test; time in
the industry locally, substantial customer references, satisfactory
industry credit references, proof of appropriate insurance
coverage's, Texas State Residential Contractors license, along with
recommendations from two current Builder members.
While nothing can
guarantee 100% buyer protection; the TRCC of Texas attempts to "put
the odds" in the buyer's favor when it comes to selecting a
professional home builder for the most important product to be
purchased by a family or individual. Our builder members realize they
are building "homes" not just "housing"; and for that reason, you and
your family can rest assured that responsibility, honesty, high
standards, fairness and value are words which add up to a well-built
home in Texas.
